Terms and Conditions for DriveSmart Academy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by DriveSmart Academy. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to these terms.

2. Enrollment and Fees

• Registration: Course registration is complete once payment is received.
• Fees: Course fees are subject to change but will be communicated in advance.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 10 days before the start of the course. No refunds will be provided after this period.

3. Course Conduct

• Safety: All students must adhere to safety instructions during driving lessons.
• Behavior: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
• Materials: All learning materials are provided for personal use only and cannot be distributed or shared.

4. Liability

DriveSmart Academy is not liable for any accidents or damages that occur during driving lessons, except in cases of gross negligence by our instructors.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, are the intellectual property of DriveSmart Academy and must not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
